On 8 May 1945, Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin solved the structure of penicillin after many others had failed. Later, she also managed to determine the structure of vitamin B12 and insulin.

Thank you for your excellent video series. I am sure my students are better prepared for next week's exam thanks to you two (and Edna, Bertha, and even Anthony). @JacobsPhysics@MrJBphysics
@HannahC111@MrJBphysics If R/v = constant, that is still a direct relationship. If you increase the numerator, you have to increase the denominator by the same factor to keep their quotient equal to a constant.
@anvisha61873800 Momentum is conserved—yes, always in the absence of outside forces. But, gravity accelerates carts down ramp and they arrive at different speeds. The speed of cart #1 is less than 2x the speed of cart #2 (cons. of energy), so cart #2 has greater momentum.
@MrJBphysics Good point. Hope I didn't jump the gun and mess things up.
After experiencing the interface as my students will (timed, uploading material), I concur with the advice given: type it and copy/paste or upload a doc. I would panic if taking a pic.
@juliac_0732@JacobsPhysics@MrJBphysics The impulse would be due to an external force (doing work on the object and) changing its momentum. If the object has the same mass and speed, it has not lost kinetic energy.
@NishthaTyagi5@MrJBphysics College Board will automatically mail you a new e-ticket if you don't log in on the first test day. If you never log in, your school won't be charged and you can get a refund.
