Micelles do not look like the cartoon representation people use (see next tweet), it simply is not possible. Cannot fit all the chains pointing into center like that. Here is more realistic packing of the chains:

Do you apply ML in force fields or free energy calcs to drug discovery? Submit an abstract by 4/16 for the Pacifichem 2025 symposium (in Honolulu), Machine Learning for Calculating Accurate Protein-Ligand Binding Free Energies for Drug Discovery (CLH019). https://t.co/fELuIoMD5c
@yinzhanyong That's quite a few years ago now. Don't recall how I fixed or found a work around the issue. Think might have had to do via hand, rather than automated.
Join us at @FU_Berlin as Post-Doc in molecular simulation of chemical reactions. Dive into rare events, machine-learned force fields & dynamical reweighting. 4 years, 100% TV-L. More details: https://t.co/giGzPwfU8Z #CompChem#machinelearning#postdoc
Do you have a master in computer science, computational chemistry or computational biology ? We have a fully funded PhD position opening to develop ML-based pKa prediction methods ! Science Twitter (X?), could you please help us spread the word ?
As the stars that shall be bright when we are dust,
Moving in marches upon the heavenly plain;
As the stars that are starry in the time of our darkness,
To the end, to the end, they remain. (25–28)
They mingle not with their laughing comrades again;
They sit no more at familiar tables of home;
They have no lot in our labour of the day-time;
They sleep beyond England's foam. (17–20)
But where our desires are and our hopes profound,
Felt as a well-spring that is hidden from sight,
To the innermost heart of their own land they are known
As the stars are known to the Night; (21–24)
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them. (13–16)
With proud thanksgiving, a mother for her children,
England mourns for her dead across the sea.
Flesh of her flesh they were, spirit of her spirit,
Fallen in the cause of the free. (1–4)

They went with songs to the battle, they were young,
Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted:
They fell with their faces to the foe. (9–12)
