आए, मगर अफ़सोस पोस्ट इतनी वायरल होने के बाद भी मेरे पास Jio से न कोई मैसेज आया और न ही कोई कॉल आया।

आप समझिए कि Jio का कर्मचारी ग्राहकों से अभद्रता करता है और Jio को यह बात अच्छे से पता चलने के बाद भी यह लोग कोई भी एक्शन नहीं लेते हैं।

यही तो Jio की Monopoly और दादागिरी है, इन्हें अब कस्टमर से कोई मतलब रहा ही नहीं।

अजीब बात तो यह है कि @TRAI भी इसपर बिल्कुल ख़ामोश है।

My colleague purchased a @_bajaj_auto_ltd Pulsar 125 Neon from LMJ Motors, Bhagat Ki Kothi, Jodhpur, and received a helmet along with it. According to the MoRTH guidelines, the helmet must have an ISI mark. While the helmet did have an ISI mark, its quality is extremely poor.

This is Havells' promised service in Barmer district of Rajasthan. The complaint was registered on 8 October and was cancelled on 12 October without any call. @havellsindia please tell whether the complaint has to be registered again or the company has to be changed.
