On Monday,Dr Carla Barnett, #CARICOM SG met officials at IICA 🇨🇷. CARICOM & IICA have a rich history of cooperation in agricultural development.

An Agreement to support the efforts of Member States to achieve balanced social and economic development in agriculture was signed.
