There was a power cut of two minutes from 10:36 to 10:38 PM.. Which seems to be from grid itself.
I agree for such power cuts which are controlled from grid itself.

There is another funda power cut from grids itself.. 80% cuts are from grid and 20% cuts from breakdown as per BSES, team only. Grid is the responsibility of DGM and SDO.. which means they are complete failure to maintain grids in area or they are knowing doing it to harrass us.

There was a theft case of electric wire in my area after a long time due to such power cuts.. Poor resident came to report the theft for help. DGM, SDO and team are directly responsible for such thefts in area which had took place due to power cuts in area.

I am surprised every single break down takes approximately one hour means 5 cuts 5 hours total break down at night.. How people would take rest when your DGM, SDO and Sleeps over things at night when people awakes for power?

BSES Delhi have to understand it's fundamental rights of residents and consumers of BSES to have a regular power supply 24×7×365 with such illegal and unnecessary power cuts.
It only means DGM, SDO and team fails to do their duty towards BSES and It's legal consumers in area.
