Doctors in Pakistan are under Severe economic Pain. There should be a nation wide national rules strictly set in Pakistan for both public and private hospitals regarding Doctors wages. We Need to stop brain drain Pakistani health care.

Surprisingly a doctors in Pakistan is earning and living with way too less salary than many odd jobs and have started mass escape from Pakistan. Doctors carear at risk. The government needs to support doctors in terms of salaries.
