@GabrielRefBCFA@Exfizzixteach I don't know about this specific paper, but the only truly unseen paper candidates see is their real exam, which is why it always feels different. Tricky and unusual questions from past years get incorporated into lessons, tests, and revision by departments.
@tombennett71 Project work is easily "gamed", but exams fall victim to Goodhart's Law too -narrowed teaching, past paper focus, etc. rather than deeper learning. We need greater variation in test questions (but hard to standardise) for far transfer. Maybe AI could give a (typed?) viva voce!
