From our current cohort of DCTs sadly leaving us (15), 2 are moving to Australia for a 2025 start, and 1 is planning to go sometime next year (3 total). Believe 2 made the move from last year’s cohort. Feels like quite a lot - more than usual. What's everyone else's experience?
