@MBTA_CR If you encourage people to take the train, you need to make damn sure you can accommodate them. Your excuses are worthless to those of us who can’t get transportation after your promises.

@MBTA_CR where is train 406? Apps can’t find it, though they claim it’s on time, and now signage at Waltham has just changed to a welcome message. I’ve gotten used to the inevitable lateness, but usually have some info about how late you’re gonna be.

@MBTA_CR Just seems odd that the same level of delay is maintained even after changing the schedule to reduce the chronic delays.

@MBTA_CR serious question - why is it that you changed the schedule on the Fitchburg line to give an extra 20ish minutes per train bc of chronic delays and trains are consistently 15-20 minutes late on the new schedule? Should that have ended w schedule change?
