All India Rank 1 in DM (hepatology) Dr.Sidharth sharma attempted suicide due to extreme toxicity of his dept professor
If this is the situation of a senior doctor imagine the plight of junior doctors in PG residency and MBBS Ug who couldn’t even speak in fear of failure and eventually goes in depression while holding the responsibilities of their family ,Education and their personal traumas all together .
Hundreds of medical students do suicide every year due to toxicity and arrhythmic stress by authorities but no one is concerned and it repeats .
A portal for grievances of students should be opened by govt and concerns should be responded fast otherwise this profession will become a graveyard of suicides !
Many students in private medical colleges score better than govt. ones in the NEET UG . Most of them are from middle class families and only they knows what they have sacrifice to pursue their dream because they dont have their seats already reserve ! So stop comparing . 🙂
#NExT: Why are medical students demanding proposal roll back?
Read the story on @NewsMeter_In on what @DrDhruvchauhan and a few more medical students spoke.

NEXT exam implementation is going to be a big mess for Medical Colleges like “GMC Srinagar” whose final year exams (for 2018 batch) are scheduled for September 2023 unlike majority colleges who will be in the mid of completing their internship during that time .
They are confused whether they will give NEXT or NEET PG due to their absolutely different irrelatively scheduled exams compare to rest of their Nation @NMC_IND@OfficeOf_MM kindly intervene.
Soon there will be “More MBBS doctors in INDIA than in rest of the entire ASIA combined ”
looking at the strange Rules of NMC only towards MBBS doctors it’s going to be a reality .
While the Mixopathy doctors can write and prescribe allopathic medicines without any NEXT exam it’s only the deadfall of modern medicine doctors with this rule
Now Students won’t need to worry about any FMG exam and hence can opt for Foreign Medical colleges easily and approximately 10 times of the number of students will be enrolling themselves for it with addition of “every district a medical college in India” but without approximating PG seats near to UG seats leading to unemployment for MBBS doctors .
I firmly believe those opting for Indian Medical colleges by putting them in heater of pressure for years or either by investing approximately a crore for a college would be taking the most idiotic decision in their life
Would advice them to opt foreign colleges and come back here to give the same exam .
2/10 NEXT looks like it's still in the works. I do think 2019 batch should be spared from it as the process and methodologies are still not finalized. However, the downside is that 2019 will have to worry about NEXT and NEETPG then
Isn't it a "gross violation" of the Section 49 of the NMC Act, 2019."when the students were admitted to the college on August 1, 2019, the NMC Act did not apply to them, as the NMC was established on August 08 of the same year. This is totally unethical and student unfriendly.
#NEXT 50% passing criteria is disastrous. How ? Considering #NEXTEXAM Step 1 paper is set as per level of #NEETPG 23, only 19k/75k of 2019 batch would be able to pass. These figures are alarming. Request @NMC_IND to reduce the passing %age
Correct me if I m wrong !

Preparing for an exam where all clinical subjects with applied aspects will be tested in 4 months nd that too mcq based with negative marking is not easy- nmc should sincerely consider taking the exam in may 2024 and relieving some stress of 2019 batch . #NMC#next#neetpg#ima
