@MitchSchwartz71 And before you talk about your own experiences getting it - I have my own personal experiences giving it on an almost daily basis for over 10 years - it just doesn’t work that well
@MitchSchwartz71 The medical literature doesn’t show toradol as superior to 6-800mg of by mouth ibuprofen. If you got it every day, sure your kidneys and stomach would take a hit, but this narrative that it’s some malignant super-drug is so weird
@SanClementeNate @EdgeEdgerton @Manning4USCong @drsimonegold@P_McCulloughMD Recent European study showed average of 29 a year both before and after vaccines … this doc is a 🦆
VIAGRA (Sildenafil) for #LongCovid or #MECFS?🧵
I've heard from several #pwLC & ME who reported their symptoms moderately to vastly improved following Viagra use.
Are these just wacky anecdotes or is there scientific basis for these positive effects?
Answer: the latter🧵
@karl_hungis@DemoCat46@kksheehan If you mix gabapentin and ibuprofen it's four times stronger than a narcotic for tooth pain however gabapentin will rot out yo teeth
NO mention of CP pts who benefit by taking opioid medicines. We don't need 'new' medicines. OPIATES/OPIODS actually work!
They are also SAFE & EFFECTIVE when used responsibly!
More ppl die from NSAIDs than opioids every day!

Long COVID participants also had increased numbers of “exhausted” T cells, which are no longer functional or capable of eliminating virus. These results suggested that people with long COVID may have insufficient numbers of immune cells able to inactivate virus... 9/
Honestly I just can’t with these “journalists” who claim to be allies of those with complex chronic illnesses, yet they attack studies like the recent VA study showing an alarming number of folks with #LongCOVID with an almost religious fervor. It’s transparent and pathetic. 1/
So, to all you faux-ally, “hot-take” #LongCOVID reporters out there, just stop it. What you are doing is incredibly transparent: you’re clout-chasing at the expense of the health of a sizable chunk of the US population and you’re doing it for clicks. It’s disgusting, and you 5/
This image is so powerful. I think of it in terms of being chronically ill/disabled and trying to make the best of that, especially because everyone wants you to. It’s exhausting making lemonade out of lemons indefinitely.
