So I work in tech. Yesterday a customer came in to assess his refurbished phone he bought from Reebelo, he had paid extra for new battery in his iPhone 13 refurbished device. The settings said the battery was new, 100%. His issue was the battery was dying too fats to be new.

@MajinBuOfficial I saw a similar issue on a 15 pro. Fresh out of the box on a customers new phone and there was a smudge in the form of a line going right over one camera lens. I couldn’t remove the smudge so my assumption was it was on the inside of the lens. Interesting to see a similar issue.

@iam_tech I work in tech and literally every S23 Ultra I’ve seen has this display mark out of the box. (Well over 100+ phones) Very strange but it doesn’t seem to affect usage.

@AppleSupport @Apple I got my MacBook display fixed and for some reason I lost the backlighting on the keyboard. Nothing wrong with it at all, just a simple display replacement. And I was told that’s how you operate. You lose feature when getting @Apple products fixed. Fuck you
