Honestly the worst move of Andrew Berry’s last few seasons may have been trading away Jowon Briggs for scraps. Mike Hall has had off field and injury stuff, and if he ends up flaming out as we find ourselves in a post Maliek Collins world, we might regret not having Briggs here…
@ghostbriter@BillsmafiaM@cincyplanner@HankKnowsBall The guy is so stiff in the lower half and has to clean that up. Slow feet poor athlete and I think likely an NFL guard, but MY GOD does his punch destroy any and all momentum, and comes out so quickly with great placement. Killer instincts too for sure.
I’d like to introduce you to Austin Barber (Florida LT #58), who will be in the NFL next year. I’d also like to introduce you to Cashius Howell (Texas A&M EDGE #9), who will CERTAINLY be there with him. Utter domination.
@Rob_Shenanigans@BoxingAddiction Then why not grab a prospect at a premium position like Rueben Bain, I’ve been ringing that bell for a minute, not one offensive prospect I’d prefer in the top 10 over some of these defensive guys
@Rob_Shenanigans Putting the RB before the line, especially with a legit young starter already on roster, is never the right call. Build the foundation first, then you can choose the drapes.
@owens_deion@Browns Lol for sure, so many of these Bama tackles are just giant dudes who can moves decently for being giant but have poor technique and slow feet
@DarthRaiderN4L@BreidenFehoko Trey Hendrickson has a fantastic bag on moves. Don’t get me wrong I do like Bailey but I’d rather grab him in the mid 1st.
@DarthRaiderN4L@BreidenFehoko No speed to power, lesser bend, and worse at countering. He doesn’t need to be coached up in the run game as much as he doesn’t have the sand in the pants to set a hard edge or stack consistently.
@BreidenFehoko Tell me the issue GMs have with having him in a 3-4. Suggs did that for years. Similar build, traits, and bag of moves. Don’t even start with me about the difference between 32” and 30.88” measured at a combine where arm length measurements ranged from 0.5-1” short in many cases.
@tha_buffalo The defensive players are a tier above the offensive guys at the top of the draft, and there are no offensive players worth a top 10 pick. All three heads should be the goofy one. The real “right” take is to trade down.
