IRDAI should stop insurers from changing policy number during renewals , we should be very careful with care insurance if policy number changes after renewal check the policy document whether continuity benefits are carried forward

@careinsuranceIN, my policy number has changed after renewal and now I'm unable to see any of my past claims or the on-going claims as well made before remewal.
Neither does your world class IVR allows me to speak to any HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE without an active claim on my policy.
