Remembering #AnthonyBourdain today. Before Tony, I was a food coward. I had no clue what I could eat (no pork). I didn't know much past the Americanized basics.
Tony changed me. He taught me almost everything I know. His appreciation for food inspired me to be more brave. 🔪

I'm sick with respiratory illness. I couldn't request an absentee ballot in time. I'd still have to put myself & others at risk by going to a notary.
I'm also among those whose disabilities preclude them from public protests.
