@visegrad24 The Polish court didn’t say he’s innocent.
It refused extradition because 🇩🇪Germany’s evidence was too vague, the explosions occurred in international waters, and the case raised questions about jurisdiction and acts of war.
He’s not cleared — just not being handed over, for now.
