Scan their signature, use AI to compare against other signatures turned in and see how many times this person has turned in a ballot.

@pepesgrandma Wisconsin had a rather interesting ballot harvesting thru nursing homes: process that usually gets 50-60k votes got nearly 250k in a year with high death rate and low volunteer rate. Small county actually found guilty of stuffing ballots thru nursing homes.

So yes. To a printer, scanner, anything.
