@AxionEffect @mimikkyutie @Bray_Bray Gameplay flow changes are HUGE buffs though, such as the one they gave He Bo. It's very possible that most people are simply struggling to get used to how a new god plays, rather than his kit being truly clunky. Avoiding buffs like that for now is wise.

That is the answer. The reason they can simply arrest you regardless of your wrongdoing is because the American police system is designed to be oppressive and give favor to the police.
