@VRLTravels Travelling from bangalore to bagalkot. My bus ticket mentions as super bus , but the bus arrived was decade old. I was supposed to reach destination at 7.30, still travelling.

@Olacabs U have a pathetic CS provider. First of all, most of ur cabs in blr are old and they stink. I made a complaint about 2 weeks back because one of ur driver didn’t agree to switch on AC. He made me get down in the middle of ride. I complained this on APP.

Ur drivers are aware of ur CS , that’s why they are arrogant and rude and dare to do all these things. Sooner or later people are going dump u

There is literally no CS available in such situation, no call support, u don’t even call back, SOS doesn’t work. And inspite of complaining u guys don’t even give a courtesy call.
