Marrow is not in morphological remission after 7+3.

Is there any benefit of giving reinduction with 7+3 plus Midostaurin?

And dextromethorphan being nmda antagonist.

Mtx increases CSF adenosine levels,
Homocysteine causes nmda mediated neurotoxicity.

Along with leucovorin and supportive treatment like antiepileptics, steroids.

In incurable disease we want the patient to live longer and at the same time disease free too (DFS/PFS)

As you have frequently pointed out that now most clinical trials are using PFS as a marker and several new drugs are approved based on that.
