Along with leucovorin and supportive treatment like antiepileptics, steroids.

I have been listening your podcasts, but really got confused after the podcast on PFS.
I am very keen to know whether this holds similar for hematological malignancies like cll, multiple myeloma or CML also.
In incurable disease we want the patient to live longer and at the same time disease free too (DFS/PFS)
As you have frequently pointed out that now most clinical trials are using PFS as a marker and several new drugs are approved based on that.
