@squidfunk I think the world still have PTSD from XML. However, as "simple" solutions like REST and Markdown are being used to solve more complex problems, we learn how "simple" often does not scale. Hence things like JSON schema, OpenAPI, Markdown extensions, etc.

@joenatoli @AngelosArnis Kagan's "Inspired" breaks down into parts that are more like chapters and then consecutively numbered chapters. Each one did a good job of presenting an idea. The consecutive numbering worked well, I think, for an audiobook version - don't think structured numbering would. #my2p
