I respect and admire the excellent work done by Senator Eileen Flynn, both before she was a Senator and since she has become a Senator.
She is a much, much better person, worth vastly more than all of the people who hate her and her ethnicity, put together.
I know this sounds strange, but "feeling good" as a goal tends to produce very narrow and disappointing outcomes. The fuller aim, the one the research actually supports, is something more like full engagement with the life you care about living.

Nepal has elected its first trans Member of Parliament. Like other Asian countries, Nepal recognises a third gender for people who do not fit neatly into male/man or female/women. The idea that gender can be fluid or non-binary is not a new or western idea. It has been around for millennia and exists in many cultures
As I have retired and had used X to try and put out positive stories on the amazing work done in healthcare in Ireland - I now feel free to exit X. It is a repository of negative and harmful attitudes and does not contribute anything to my life. Thank you those who followed me
