@BananaGG22 @electionsjoe it would pass and get struck down in courts. Nothing in the constitution says you can’t be foreign born or a dual citizen to serve in congress. And previous SCOTUS decisions have ruled congress can’t just add requirements. It would need a constitutional amendment (38 states)
