@marshallamps any idea what might be up with my DSL40? I’ve only had it a couple of months from new, turned it on today and it’s as if all power is gone. Turned up to full volume and full gain and it’s only just audible?

@virginmedia The hard wired is fine. It’s just the Wi-Fi. But the only thing that has changed is my package. I have not moved the router or any of my devices. This is why I think I’m there is a problem with the router that has been triggered by the change.

@virginmedia since upgrading from 300mb to 500mb a couple of weeks ago, my Wi-Fi speed has halved (not exceeded 120mb so far). I’ve reset the router twice and problem persists. Nobody has responded to my emails. Any ideas? Please can I have a new router?

@virginmedia I’ve just upgraded my broadband from 300 to 500mb. When testing, the hard wired speed is about right (491mb) but the Wi-Fi speed has significantly reduced (~100mb). Any ideas?
