@DrARYadav3 Lift is one of the crucial part where maintenance must be top notch , I believe the Managing committee needs to address this deligently, it can create trauma for both young & old ,i can see even the security battling with safety key , iguess even he is clueless of its emergency .

@DrARYadav3 The fear a little kid went thru is not acceptable, at times the panik effect takes a long time to overcome , The managing committee must address this issue immediately & get it resolved with the lift manufacturing company & should make sure for zero error in operation .
