@NdamukongSuh I think the key here is not dwelling on the mistake which is not necessarily a short memory. Learning from it and using it as motivation to avoid the same mistake in the future. I know that you've either heard or read about Warren Buffett's U.S. Air investment years ago.

I'm not sure if the handlers have a union, but that limit could also be built into their CBA. But certain airline status permits 75 lbs.
