With more availability to the expanded perspective that sees challenges, friction, and obstacles as the very catalysts that uncover our gifts, we can actually engage with life as students and utilize everything that comes our way.
Would you love to go on a medicine pilgrimage with me to the Sacred Sites of Peru?

To be in touch with praise is to acknowledge its fleeting nature, and to be in touch with grief is an act of celebration of what we have loved that has been lost.
Hey @duncantrussell! Hereβs the link to the fundraiser that Cole Marta mentioned on your show.
Theyβre ready to start treatments and we could use a bit more support from anyone who wants to pay it forward.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated!!

I foresee a big shift in the coming years around how we relate to our own deaths. As we become more present with death as a teacher and way-shower, it will invariably trigger an evolution of how well we live, individually and collectively.
Weβindividually and as a cultureβhave an opportunity to step into a new relationship with death so we can thrive in life more freely, abundantly, and sustainably.
Oftentimes, challenge presents itself as a signal to make the changes necessary for a happier and more sustainable lifestyle. If we ignore the lessons of the challenge, another one will surely present itself.
Being in a body is the densest experience and expression of a soul. So if our souls were just existing outside of a body, the evolutionary process would be slower.
Everything in the universe is undergoing a growth process of evolution, learning, self-awareness, realization, and expansion. Our souls are no different.
If we can realize and appreciate that the soul is on its own evolutionary arc, it softens the criticism and negative judgment of life, rather than thinking that whateverβs happening in life shouldnβt be happening.
If we see the meaning underlying our pain or suffering, the painful situation becomes an opportunity for growth and for a positive trajectory shift in our lives.
