@richrehab I worked at a clinic where we had to do ultrasound for 8 minutes “for it to be effective”. There is no research for that, it is just the minimal time required for billing

@drtylerdobos Might have to steal these. Love the idea of strengthening in end range positions rather than avoiding them. Definitely builds resilience!
Push ups are an underrated rotator cuff exercise.
They provide closed chain stability which is great for shoulder function.
They allow for scapular mobility.
They are easy to scale.
They can be done anywhere.
So take a break from the band exercises and try push ups

@ashleyecrosby It’s sad that so many people put fear into women in particular. A lot of female clients I see would benefit from strengthening but they are convinced that more mobility is always the answer because that’s what they are told.
