There's a couple items to think about. Some jurisdictions require mandatory psych evals thus had additional $450 burden in most cases without red flags. The other issue is some jurisdictions limit the number of CCW pistols on a permit to two having at least three plus gives you more options. Some places like Contra Costa don't allow optics. They got to get with the times. Good luck.
Australian tech entrepreneur Paul Conyngham explains how he used ChatGPT/AlphaFold (spent $3,000 with no biology background) to create a custom MRNA vaccine to treat his dog’s cancer tumors. Unreal.
this is actually insane
> be tech guy in australia
> adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live
> not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4
> pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA
> feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold
> zero background in biology
> identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets
> design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch
> genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own
> need ethics approval to administer it
> red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine
> 3 months, finally approved
> drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection
> tumor halves
> coat gets glossy again
> dog is alive and happy
> professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?”
one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline.
we are going to cure so many diseases.
I dont think people realize how good things are going to get
More women DIE giving birth in America than in any other developed country.
And no one wants to talk about why.
America spends $111 BILLION a year to deliver babies, yet thousands of mothers leave hospitals with trauma they can’t explain.
Lying on your back? It makes labor longer, more painful, and more dangerous.
How about Pitocin? The truth is frightening.
Here’s what no one is telling you about childbirth—and what every expectant parent needs to know.

Vitamin D supplementation was associated with a 40% lower risk of dementia over a decade.
After five years, 84% of supplement users were dementia-free compared to just 68% of non-users in a study of over 12,000 people. Vitamin D reduced dementia risk by 33% in adults with mild cognitive impairment or APOE e4, a key genetic risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases.
Vitamin D isn’t just a vitamin—it's a steroid hormone regulating over 2,000 genes critical for brain development, neuroplasticity, and inflammation control. Its roles include clearing amyloid beta plaques and tau buildup, boosting neuron survival via neurotrophic factors like BDNF, and enhancing brain connectivity, particularly when paired with exercise.
It’s no surprise, then, that higher vitamin D levels are associated with better cognition, larger hippocampal volume, and lower Alzheimer’s risk. Multiple lines of evidence support this.
More than 30 large studies have consistently linked low vitamin D levels to a 50–150% increased dementia risk. People genetically prone to low vitamin D—those with genetic variations affecting vitamin D production or metabolism—have a 54% higher dementia risk.
Furthermore, supplementing with 800 IU/day of vitamin D improves memory and cognitive function in people with mild cognitive impairment and more serious forms of dementia.

F U @BankofAmerica !
This is a complete lie. You de-banked me, my children, step children and hell you even de-banked my ex wife and her new husband because their account received child support payments from me. Fix your self and clear out your illegal discriminatory banking practices.
Its time to break up the over consolidated banking industry and make them actually compete instead of behaving like cartels.

Thank you @BankofAmerica for closing 3 business checking accounts and 3 business credit cards for 3 different companies and my also closing my personal accounts and credit cards... because you needed info about me... really I've been with you for 40 years... WTF ! I'm gone..
Why are the people in power so afraid of @RobertKennedyJr? Have YOU also been brainwashed to see him as the villain?
Ask yourself:
1. Shouldn’t federal health agencies like the FDA, CDC, and NIH be transparent and free from corporate influence? These institutions are meant to protect public health, yet they often seem more aligned with corporate interests than with the people they serve. Wouldn’t we all benefit from an overhaul to restore integrity and accountability?
2. Why is pharmaceutical advertising on TV still allowed? These ads don’t just push unnecessary medications—they also control the media by providing billions in ad revenue. How can we expect honest reporting on health issues when networks rely on Big Pharma’s money to stay afloat?
3. Don’t we deserve dietary guidelines that prioritize real, whole foods over the ultra-processed junk that contributes to obesity, diabetes, and other chronic diseases? Why are we being told to cut back on natural, nutrient-dense foods like meat, while subsidized processed foods dominate our supermarkets?
4. Shouldn’t we work to remove harmful chemicals like endocrine disruptors, pesticides, herbicides, artificial dyes, and others, from our environment and consumer products? These substances are linked to rising rates of infertility, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. Why isn’t there more urgency to protect the public from these toxins?
5. And when it comes to vaccines, wouldn’t it make sense to advocate for informed choice and rigorous safety studies? If they are as safe and effective as claimed, what’s wrong with making the process more transparent and ensuring public trust?
If these ideas seem like common sense—and they clearly prioritize the health and well-being of Americans—why is RFK Jr. met with such hostility? What are his critics so afraid of? Could it be that his proposals threaten the profits and power of those who’ve benefited from a sick and uninformed population?
The real question isn’t about RFK Jr.’s ideas—it’s about what those opposing him are trying so desperately to protect.
To all the physicians moaning about the selection of @RobertKennedyJr as the head of HHS
You brought this upon yourselves!
The absolute shit show was that our Covid response
The complete outsourcing of independence to the pharmaceutical companies
The condescension towards anyone that thinks outside the box
You may not like it, but you are reaping what you sowed!
Dr. Casey Means: “I learned virtually nothing at Stanford Medical School about the tens of thousands of scientific papers that elucidate the root causes of why American health is plummeting.”
“I did not learn that for each additional serving of ultra-processed food we eat, early mortality increases by 18%.
This now makes up 67% of the foods our kids are eating. I took zero nutrition courses in medical school.
I didn’t learn that 82% of independently-funded studies show harm from processed food, while 93% of industry-sponsored studies reflect no harm.
I didn’t learn that 95% of the people who created the recent USDA food guidelines for America had significant conflicts of interest with the food industry.
I did not learn that one billion pounds of synthetic pesticides are being sprayed on our foods every single year. 99% of the farmland in the United States is sprayed with synthetic pesticides, many from China and Germany, and these invisible, tasteless chemicals are strongly linked to autism, ADHD, sex hormone disruption, thyroid disease, sperm dysfunction, Alzheimer’s, dementia, birth defects, cancer, obesity, liver dysfunction, female infertility and more.
I did not learn that the eight billion tons of plastic that have been produced just in the last 100 years … are being broken down into microplastics that are now filling our food, our water, and we are now even inhaling them in our air, and that very recent research … tells us that now about 0.5% of our brains by weight are plastic.
I didn’t learn that there are more than 80,000 toxins that have entered our food, water, air, and homes by industry, many of which are banned in Europe, and they are known to alter our gene expression, alter our microbiome composition and the lining of our gut, and disrupt our hormones.
I didn’t learn that heavy metals like aluminum and lead are present in our food, our baby formula, personal care products, our soil, and many of the mandated medications like vaccines, and that these metals are neurotoxic and inflammatory.
I didn’t learn that the average American walks a paltry 3,500 steps per day even though we know, based on science and top journals, that simply walking 7,000 steps a day slashes by 40-60% our risk of Alzheimer’s, dementia, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and obesity.
I certainly did not learn that medical error and medications are the third-leading cause of death in the US.
I didn’t learn that just five nights of sleep deprivation can induce full-blown pre-diabetes. I learned nothing about sleep, and we’re getting about 20% less sleep on average than we were 100 years ago.
I didn’t learn that American children are getting less time outdoors now than a maximum security prisoner, and on average, adults spend 93% of their time indoors, even though we know from the science that separation from sunlight destroys our circadian biology, and circadian biology dictated our cellular biology.
I didn’t learn that professional organizations that we get out practice guidelines from, like the American Diabetes Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics, have taken tens of millions of dollars from Coke, Cadbury, processed food companies and vaccine manufacturers like Moderna.
I didn’t learn that if you address these root causes that all lead to metabolic dysfunction and help patients change their food and lifestyle patterns … we could reverse the chronic disease crisis in America, save millions of lives and trillions of dollars in healthcare costs per year.
This is a spiritual crisis. We are choosing death over life, we are choosing darkness over light.
We need a return to courage. We need a return to common sense and intuition. We need a return to awe for the sheer miraculousness of our lives.
We need all hands on deck.”

There are over 10,000 chemicals allowed in food sold in the US
Almost 99% of those introduced since the year 2000 were green-lighted by the food and chemical companies rather than properly reviewed by the FDA
Some examples:
• Nitrites: Preservatives used in cured meats; can form nitrosamines, which are carcinogens. Linked to a variety of cancers, including colon cancer, stomach cancer, esophageal cancer, and possibly thyroid and brain cancers.
• Potassium Bromate: Carcinogen added to flour; used in packaged baked goods.
• Propyl Paraben: Preservative found in pastries and some tortillas; shown to cause developmental and reproductive harm.
• Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA): Preservative found in cured meats and other foods; identified as a carcinogen. Processed meats containing these preservatives have been linked to cancer.
• Tertiary Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ): Found in foods like Pop-Tarts; harms the immune system.
• Titanium Dioxide: Color additive used mostly in candy; damages DNA and is considered a mutagen.
• Brominated Vegetable Oil (BVO): Used to stabilize citrus flavors in sodas and fruity drinks; has been shown to cause neurological harm.
• Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS): "Forever chemicals" found in food packaging; associated with increased risk of cancer, damage to the immune system, and damage to reproductive systems, such as decreasing sperm counts.
• Artificial Colors (e.g., Red #40, Yellow #5, Blue #1): Found in processed foods like candies, pastries, and cereals targeted towards children; shown in observational studies and randomized controlled trials to cause behavioral difficulties in children, particularly ADHD, and exacerbate symptoms in children who already have ADHD.
• Heavy Metals: Indirect contaminants that can leach into foods, sometimes ending up in baby foods; slow growth and development.
If you buy a haircut for $100, the barber gets $70 after income tax
then the barber buys a painting for $70, the artist gets $50 after income tax
then the artist buys personal training for $50, the trainer gets $35 after income tax
and so on until $0 left and the government owns all of the $100
