valko has a mouth on him, and it makes me curious whether this is how he’s always been, prone to expressing the full extent of his emotions, which sometimes come out in the form of taunts or curses (his combat voice lines lean into that adrenaline-fuelled cockiness). if he has, he probably got his cheeks pinched a lot by his elders for being too brazen. in contrast, it makes me want to know how he conducts himself in more formal settings, re: his chairman persona. the only thing more frightening than fiery volatility is someone who picks you apart with complete coolness (under staidrain vibes). since he can exist at both extremes, i also believe valko is quick-witted and able to spin a conversation out of nothing. he’s highly adaptable. though, of course, he’d be happiest when he’s talking with the people he cares about, like us, as there’s no pressure to perform
Valko probably broke a few hearts during his high school years (though unintentionally).
He knows he’s handsome, that’s for sure. But I don’t think he realizes just how much…
I can easily picture him making little gestures like this toward his friends without a second thought.
Having grown up surrounded by women, he simply doesn’t see anything wrong with being friends with them without any ulterior motives, so showing them this kind of affection comes naturally to him.
His friends on the other hand probably don’t see it that way… A single gesture, a single word, and they fall for him.
(It’s confirmed… I fell in love with him too.)
POV: You nibble and tease him a little too much, and when you look up, he’s already staring down at you like this.

‼️‼️Ah, now we have even MORE context as to why they did this, I guarantee you it’s directly related to this. 👇👇👇
Shanghai just launched China’s first public-service platform to help game companies expand overseas, naming the U.S. as a top market.
The articles also emphasize that overseas revenue from domestically developed Chinese games rose 30.22% year over year, with the United States, Japan, and South Korea remaining the three largest target markets. Shanghai itself is investing RMB 50 million annually into areas including original-game development, technology, industry growth, and companies going global.
This does not directly mention PPG but the message is pretty clear:
Shanghai is actively treating overseas players, overseas revenue, legal compliance, and long-term access to foreign markets as strategically important… not as an afterthought.
For a major Shanghai-based game company, damaging trust with a large overseas player base is not happening in a vacuum. It runs directly against the economic and industry direction Shanghai is currently promoting.
Interesting development indeed.
