@BestBuySupport It was more the customer support that turned me away along with the delay. They did nothing to try and make it better. Cancelled my order and sent me on my way. It may be a long time if ever we choose @BestBuy again. But thanks for reaching out!
@BestBuySupport Thanks! Placed online order Feb 16. Called 3x to check status when online status didn’t change. Was told 3x it would be here today. Only to be told this last time it wouldn’t be to us until roughly March 22nd. Original delivery was Feb 22. We use this for business and need it now
I’ve lost all respect and faith in @BestBuy spent THOUSANDS of dollars on items with them and their customer service this time has failed us. Order cancelled now to find a laptop elsewhere!
