Family support is everything, but my parents' sacrifices never ceased. My father ensured my fees were paid while my late mother woke up daily to make my meals and instilled the discipline I live by. She was there for every milestone. May Allah grant her Jannatul Firdaus. 🙏🏽
I’m sorry, but some ladies spend their prime years at university having all the fun they want, chilling with the big boys, “shishaying,” partying, and “sleepovering” at men’s houses. They flex designer clothes and phones, roam fancy restaurants and luxury hotels, and look down on their friends and course mates, thinking they’ve already made it in life. They reject the gentlemen who are willing to settle down with them, believing this is their time to shine and that marriage should wait, and shouldn’t distract them from the fun.
After university, sugar daddies take over and the life of enjoyment continues, until they reach a certain age. That’s when they finally start thinking about settling down. By then, the men who were spending on them have moved on to younger girls and stopped taking their calls. Meanwhile, all the decent gentlemen have already settled down with the more sensible women.
Now they come back to their senses, acting all holy, and start disturbing the same guys they looked down on back in university, simply because those guys are doing well now. They actually think these guys will marry them? lol.
I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but it’s time for you to taste your own medicine. You will not have this fine boy, because he deserves better.
Ladies, wise up and utilize your time wisely. Your prime stops at 25 and if you’ve money early 30s. 🤷🏽♂️
Cheers to all of us who spent all our May salary on Eid before we even enter June…. 🥂
Our naman Sallah will be there for us in times of hunger, and we will be trekking to work, right? 😂
