Final day of #DClinPsy teaching DONE!

Now just the small matter of a thesis and final placement to complete.

It makes me think about norms and conformity. How Whiteness (hierarchies, unspokenness of difference), patriarchy and ableism amongst other ideologies uphold this issue. What happens when we can't name this in and amongst ourselves?

DClinPsy cohorts: the solidarity, supportiveness & camaraderie found in cohorts while training is often talked about. I'm curious about experiences of people not feeling they gel with their cohort, and/or join a new cohort after a break from training (in my case)

I think the pandemic and working remotely haven't helped. But I suspect there is more to it than that.

@annieingarden @ZoeClinPsych I imagine it is difficult to attend to once a cohort has been created. It makes me think even more about the importance of thinking about this at recruitment and selection.
