On Twitter, you do not exist unless you've created or done something popular. For me, non-reply tweets are consistently 0 replies, 0 RT, 0 likes despite 200+ followers. So I'll be phasing Twitter out by 2020 if not sooner. A barren field that takes more energy than it gives.
