I have been eating at BMR the whole time but now it says thats for mild weight loss???

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 You got this! ❤️❤️❤️

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 Girl you didnt eat 28 thousand calories in surplus its water retention❤️❤️❤️

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 What helps me sometimes is just putting on headphones and turn on the music very loudly so i cant think. But its so tempting 😭 i cant do it when my moms at home though because she knows

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 Distract yourself then and dont go near the kitchen😭. Thats what sometimes works for me but im not a good example on how not to b/p

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 My mom does that too 😭
I think it depends on if youre hungry or not. If you are, eat something light and try to not make it a binge and if youre not, drink water/tea. But dont go to the kitchen after you got your portion of food!

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 Do you still have binge food around or would you binge on anything right now?

[Julia @Dreamynacho]

@v2ndettas2 B/p is really shitty to deal with 😭 because you always retain water
