@CoffeeT3107 drinks like black coffee, tea, or energy drinks may help to suppress appetite, though fiber and foods high on the satiety index might help as well
@weisheidtd people have already suggested tea and coffee, but flavoured pieces of sugar free candy could work, particularly sugar free caramel drops or those pineapple flavoured green candies by hong yuan
@metabolicmarsha pho. if there is a place called “pho hoa” near you, i would recommend going there; it has pretty simple pho, aswell as the caloric value of almost all of the pho dishes listed
@mayssdiaryy yeah; you might become really hungry at many points, as your body adjusts to sending you proper signals that you are hungry. the signals had likely dimmed down or stopped completely beforehand and are beginning to work once more, though it takes a while for your body to adapt
@Miwi479498 it depends on your environment; i would recommend starting to walk for 10-20 minutes after meals or after a task you often repeat to get in to the habit
@fawn_doegirl okay so … obviously some things might be a bit less but i feel like this is a generally good structure for something that looks like a full meal. the potatoes especially
@skinnlheart i know you said meal recommendations; if you don’t have the shrimp, you could use crab flakes or imitation crab for a little more calories. replacing the baby potatoes with garnet potatoes increases the calories minimally too
@skinnlheart okay so. this is really simple, but hopefully you have most of these.. the potatoes are especially good if you boil them, and shrimp is pretty easy to warm up depending on which brand you get.
@mayssdiaryy i genuinely just wanted to eat with my family again so my direction went to eating at the end of the day + fasting 18-22 hours everyday,, kept myself busy with classes and stuff too. i thiink that helped because i just didn’t have time to think about food a lot
