@ItsAMrY It can definitely be difficult to reconcile. The best way I’ve heard it is nutritionally dense vs “fun foods”. Some foods we eat for enjoyment and some foods we eat cause they’re nutritious and some both. Just staying away from “good” vs “bad” is helpful for disorded eating
