Refused boarding due to overcrowding on the delayed @AvantiWestCoast 1916 from London Euston. In spite of having a seat reservation! They are blaming another trackside fire 🔥 which must be the 3rd time I have heard that excuse in the past 2 weeks! Time to nationalise! #unhappy

@AvantiWestCoast again real poor planning by putting on 9 coach services when the number of services are reduced due to engineering works! Just waiting for 1st Class to be declassified again so there an excuse not to serve your high fare paying passengers #standingroomonly
