@QuickMobileFix i have returned the faulty mobile and i am waiting for my refund, but several weeks later the funds are still outstanding. To add salt to the wound i had to cover the postage to return the shoddy device. All i have had from them is your order is being processed

@EE took my phone to canary wharf branch to be repaired. What a drama poor service, bad advice, a loan phone with no charger. Really.
