@Delta do you have any planes that are flight worthy from MSP to DFW. Made it all the way from China but somehow US domestic flights are always something wrong

Almost on with @GetSpectrum for an hour. The call center is trying to get me to hang up by acting like they can’t hear me but they won’t hang up…. Asked why we are leaving, this could have something to do with it ha. I won’t back down!
@SouthwestAir This does nothing for the rest of this year. You should either enact all the new changes or none. Picking and choosing perpetuates the issue. Y’all had no issue removing the same day changes for all fares to A-List preferred. Even the flight attendants were saying how bad it is
Shoutout to @SouthwestAir you have changed your fare structure, taken away same day changes for basic fares for A-List preferred, but yet still haven’t figured out you shouldn’t have 40+ pre boarders gaming the system. Just get assigned seats already.
@SouthwestAir another flight another 30+ pre boarding customers that undoubtedly take the front of the plane. If they had to deplane last it would cut the amount down to the actual people that need extra time legitimately.
