Wanted to give a huge thank you to our staff for an amazing season! Coach Sprong has built an incredible foundation that has shown in our guys toughness, grit, and determination.
Thank you Coaches Westy, Gossard, Plaskey, Charlie, Mac and Mr Riesleman for everything this season!
Saw this post tonight, which is starting to feel like an annual post, so I had to look at some stats. Here are @stx_lacrosse finishes every year under Coach Sprong so far:
A 262-73 record (.782) and a regional title 13 out of his 14 seasons.
Winner.
KSR has learned that Andrew Coverdale will be Kentucky's Pass Game Coordinator in 2026.
Coverdale was Will Stein's play-caller at Trinity. He spent the last two years at UofL.

To say I’m proud of this team would be a major understatement. The heart, grit, and fight they play with is something special.
From the moment I stepped onto the field for my first pregame at Arizona Stadium, this program had my heart. I didn’t grow up a U of A fan, but I was quickly transformed into the most intense super fan my friends had ever seen. I became obsessed with the stories behind this team - the friendships, the community, and the love of the game. That passion ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in sports journalism. I love college athletics so much, and how special is it that I got to fall in love with it while doing my first passion: dancing.
Getting to be on the sidelines for every home game (and then some!) over the past four years has been one of the biggest blessings of my life. I’ve been in awe watching this team grow. I’ve learned to never count yourself out as the underdog, and the importance of working for something bigger than yourself. In this day and age, it’s easy to lose sight of what college sports are really about - the students and the community. The Wildcats never lost focus on that, continuing to fight for the city of Tucson and the University of Arizona. Through every heartbreak, every HOT game, and every upset, Arizona Football never backed down from a challenge. I can’t wait to see the Wildcats next year and every year after that. The best is yet to come!!
It’s been an honor and a privilege to watch. From the bottom of my heart, thank you @ArizonaFBall 🐻⬇️ #BearDown #RedLine
