It is an outrage the House didn’t work with us on our UAP proposal for a review board.
This means declassification of UAP records will be up to the same entities that have blocked and obfuscated their disclosure for decades.
We will keep working to change the status quo.
David Grusch BLASTS Mike Turner
“Mike Turner probably has no business being the (House Intelligence Committee) Chairman… Mike Turner has never been an intelligence officer. He’s never served in the military.”
“We need to get these people out of office.”

When new UFO whistleblowers emerge, debunkers who previously attempted to formulate good reasons why the Schumer/Rounds amendment failed will likely start to see its importance. This bill represented the best opportunity to challenge the claims of future whistleblowers and the conspiracy theories that their testimonies will fuel.
Why wouldn't skeptics want these assertions tested in the most official way possible? The unaltered Schumer/Rounds bill was the most effective method for such scrutiny.
Whether you believe Grusch was telling the truth and the Deep State is hiding aliens from humanity or if you believe this was all just a massive psyop to trick our adversaries, I think we can all agree on one thing:
conspiracies are real and you can’t trust your government.
I’ll state the obvious here. I was astounded that the #UAPDisclosureAct was actually introduced as legislation, with all that it contained. And what made it so much more significant was its backing by the Senate Majority Leader, the Intelligence Vice Chair, and so on.

Rounds tells me his and Schumer's UAP amendment will be in the NDAA, but that "we didn't get everything that we wanted."
He indicated resistance to the provision came from the House.
More details to come.
If there's truth to a UFO coverup, it's likely not just government insiders acting as gatekeepers. Aerospace contractors might be amplifying national security threats to justify excessive secrecy, protecting profits and their info monopoly, including what should be basic scientific knowledge.
Would this really be surprising? Alien artifacts are probably the most valuable items in the world.
Just imagine for a moment that human greed may be an enormous factor in the secrecy; holding back the greatest human discovery from all eight billion of us.
The UAPDA exposed the reality of UAP. But it’s what happens next that matters. The MIC believe they are untouchable and have a string of politicians in their arsenal.

Matt is correct
The latest heard is that the language has been gutted, despite best efforts @SenSchumer and @SenatorRounds
Let's see. There may be more drama..
But if true, 98% of Congress & the Senate Leader may have been thwarted by special interests - & that is chilling.
Sen. Rounds tells me there is still some movement on his and Schumer’s UAP provision in the NDAA.
Some modifications being discussed but no final word yet.
FY 2024 NDAA Conference Report is out. Here are the UAP Disclosure Act outcomes…
“The agreement does not include the provisions that would establish an independent Review Board, a Review Board staff, eminent domain authority, or a controlled disclosure process.”
“The conference agreement includes only the requirements to establish a government-wide UAP records collection; to transfer records to the collection; and to review the records for disclosure decisions under a set of authorized grounds for postponing disclosure.”

I was disappointed to see key transparency provisions stripped from the UAPDA. It is a setback in terms of our expectations, but not a defeat. The lines are drawn, and we must continue to push forward.
I want to thank @SenSchumer@SenatorRounds, and cosponsors @SenMarcoRubio@SenGillibrand@SenToddYoung@SenatorHeinrich for their historic bipartisan amendment, which is a milestone on its own.
Part of me wonders if the answers we are looking for will come from the government anytime soon. Open scientific efforts are more important than ever.
