Several boats which are part of the Sumud Flotilla have been intercepted.
Over 20 boats are still sailing towards Gaza, undeterred by Israeli intimidation.
They are approximately 5 hours away from Gaza's coast.
Palestinians are literally filming their own extermination.
This is video footage - released by Israeli human rights organisation @btselem - filmed by human rights activist Awdah al-Hathaleen in the West Bank.
He helped produced the Oscar-winning No Other Land.
The settler Yinon Levi - so extreme that even the US sanctioned him - invaded the Masafer Yatta community of Um-al Keir.
As B'Tselem say:
"While residents tried to make him leave, Levi opened fire and killed al- Hathaleen. The next day, the police released Levi from custody and placed him under house arrest, citing lack of evidence and accepting his claim of self-defense.
On August 1, Levi was released from house arrest. On August 4, he was once again filmed invading Um al-Kheir land, accompanied by another armed settler."
At the end of the footage, you can hear his 5-year-old son sobbing as he watches his father die in front of him.
⚡️🇮🇱JUST IN:
The streets of Tel Aviv in Israel this evening are witnessing protests against the starvation and famine in the Gaza Strip, while sadly such scenes are absent from Arab and Islamic capitals…
I am gravely alarmed by the use of force by the United States against Iran today. This is a dangerous escalation in a region already on the edge – and a direct threat to international peace and security.
There is a growing risk that this conflict could rapidly get out of control – with catastrophic consequences for civilians, the region, and the world.
I call on Member States to de-escalate and to uphold their obligations under the @UN Charter and other rules of international law.
At this perilous hour, it is critical to avoid a spiral of chaos.
There is no military solution.
The only path forward is diplomacy.
The only hope is peace.
