All provinces (Punjab, Pashtunkhwa & Sindh) have proper #4_Tier_Service_Structure for #Pharmacists but Balochistan does not have that. @AQuddusBizenjo sir unfortunately our senior pharmacists r getting retirements even after serving 30 years without promotions @cs_balochistan

Alas,I don’t understand why authorities ignoring the Pharmacist community of Health Department,
4tier service structure is fundamental right of any employee. Hopefully the Honorable CM will approve 4tier service structure for Pharmacist & D I which under process from 14 years.
