Remote work (work from home) jobs are highly beneficial for numerous reasons such as….
Less traffic, which means less pollution.
Less viral spread, which means less money spent on sick time and healthcare.
Access to a wider range of employee candidates, which also means easier access for vulnerable individuals.
Reduced transportation costs for employees which means some of the strain of inflation is relieved.
More relaxed work environment for employees, which leads to increased mental health wellness.
Focused accountability which can lead to increased quality of work.
Can you add to this list
I work full-time, in person.
Thank you to everyone who works remotely. COVID has not gone away, and by working remotely you make it safer for those of us who have to work in-person.
if you can’t think of 1 single reason that someone—especially a professional singer in a weakened condition—would wear a mask while covid is spreading 100% unchecked year-round, RFK Jr is destroying U.S. public health, the air is more polluted than ever, etc, you’re actually NGMI
Because viruses are bad for your voice, especially covid, which causes dysphonia in 1/4 cases, with 70% of that fourth going on to have persistent voice issues. It can also causes vocal paresis (when one of your vocal folds becomes partially paralyzed). Her body is her instrument
🚨 BREAKING: COVID vaccine linked to broader heart protection in new study researchers report nearly 40% lower risk of COVID-related cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke
As you may already know, "the enduring cardiovascular manifestations are increasingly identified as core characteristics of Long COVID-19 syndromes secondary to SARS-CoV-2 infection, encompassing myocarditis, ischemic and non-ischemic heart disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, and thrombotic events.
Accumulating evidence suggests that immune dysregulation and persistent inflammation are central drivers of cardiovascular injury in Long COVID.
Persistent activation of innate and adaptive immune pathways fosters endothelial injury, thrombo-inflammation, and adverse myocardial remodeling..
SARS-CoV-2 infection disrupts the homeostasis of T cell subsets, a disturbance that can contribute to over-activated inflammation..
In a six-month follow-up cohort, patients with Long COVID showed elevated levels of CD45RA+ effector memory T cells (TEMRA) in response to viral nucleocapsid and membrane proteins, indicating repetitive antigenic stimulation and reduced memory recall capacity..
[In addition,] Memory B cells appear to remain activated beyond the acute phase, producing high levels of SARS-CoV-2-specific IgG months after infection and vaccination..
A longitudinal study further revealed that Long COVID patients exhibited significantly elevated receptor-binding domain (RBD)-specific IgG titers compared with healthy controls..
Beyond sustained antibody production, emerging evidence indicates that alterations in B cell subset distribution, alongside skewed cytokine responses, may contribute to the chronic inflammation..
This dysregulated B cell profile could underpin hallmark symptoms such as fatigue, cognitive impairment, and dysautonomia [in Long COVID]."
Immune dysregulation is a typical symptom of Omicron infection.

Non stop pneumonia (now normalized because EVERYONE has had it).
Non stop sepsis.
Non stop “rare & aggressive cancer”
Non stop heart attacks, strokes, etc
Non stop GoFundMeeees
Non stop death announcements
But this is fine.
Anything goes in “pretend land”!
Simone Biles needs to know Covid can damage the heart & vascular system!
It happened to me from a Covid infection March 2020 as a fitness instructor who is slim and exercises daily while I was 33 years old and pregnant in my second trimester.
Covid triggered myocarditis which was left undiagnosed and untreated bc doctors assumed I had anxiety/ postpartum depression issues.
It inflamed the tissues of my heart and caused a congenital PFO that never caused a single symptom or issue my entire life to rip larger and become symptomatic.
Silent hypoxia plagued me for 5 years causing silent strokes where I have partial vision & hearing loss with tinnitus, receptive aphasia, stutter, balance issues, personality changes, etc…
and no doctor ever once took my call for help seriously.
After 5 years, the 5th cardiologist finally agreed to do some real tests on me and I had that hole diagnosed and closed this past February.
In 2020, two months after my C-19 infection, I was admitted to the same hospital where I trained with a heart rate of 135 (sinus tach) and oxygen sat of 89 in bed.
My attending physician was a guy I’d been good friends with since intern year, who knew I was a healthy, endurance athlete.
He looked at the monitor and asked me if I thought my vitals were “real.” He then proceeded to document in the chart something along the lines of: “it may be anxiety but it may be something else.”
Really hoping insight has grown since then, and Simone gets prompt care for what’s causing her tachycardia. Because despite all I’ve seen in my career, and gone through as a patient, that was a snapshot in time that still haunts me.
And I’m still not well 6 years later.
Chewing gum restores dad’s taste and smell years after Covid.
A 12-week study found using super-strength flavoured chewing gums helps rebuild brain connections linked to taste and smell. In the trial, 67% of participants reported improved smell and 83% saw improvements in taste.
“Matt McGorry, the actor known for Orange Is the New Black and How to Get Away with Murder, has spoken about living with Long COVID after two COVID infections.
He has warned that Long COVID can affect multiple organ systems and that avoiding infections is central to prevention.”

Covid infections can weaken your immune system. That is established science, not speculation.
Vaccines did not cause it. Vaccines did not fully stop it. Repeat infections can make it worse.
Denying this is not caution or balance, it is science denial.
Stop catching Covid. Stop spreading it.
