@bow2zurg @craigaemery1 @lady_valor_07 That's only true in some states. Many states have their min. tipped hourly wage at $15+. What about takeout? Do we need to tip what the server would have tipped out? But the back of house isn't on tipped wages in any state.

Tips should be for outstanding service not a hidden fee

@JohanneKaminski @BarryHunt008 We switched from elastomeric to disposable N95 with SIP valves to have protein shakes / water on a long haul series of flights, and then back to elastomeric when done drinking.

I miss the before time, but not willing to risk our futures to pretend everything is back to normal.

@DZBillFulton Cast iron for pans, griddles, presses, and Dutch ovens, and carbon steel for woks and pans.
Non-stick is from technique and seasoning rather than forever chemicals.
Stainless steel and aluminum can also have a place, but I find myself using my cast iron and carbon steel the most.
