Avg loss at 1 yr:
• Wegovy: 7.7%
• Zepbound: 12.4%
vs trials:
• Wegovy: 14.9%

Why? ➡️ 80% on low doses, >50% stopped meds early.
Still: A1c improved, weight regain modest.
