A8 -My classroom management is intentional. I have a purpose and plan for each transition. For the upcoming school year, I want to assist novice teachers that will render positive outcomes in their classrooms. #VCSGreatTeachers
Q4- Authentic praise is easier for me. Ss can spot someone that is not genuine. The actions and body language need to convey the same message. Giving immediate praise is something I need to work on. Ts get busy and miss the opportunity. #VCSGreatTeachers
@DrewesPegFL@meredithg17 I agree. If a colleague is venting and another teacher is nearby, this can easily be viewed as complaining. Complaining can become contagious, spreading negativity around.

I agree. There are relationships for different settings that you can relationship your way through i.e. professional settings or dinner parties. Ts need to create engaging lessons that will automatically create a learning relationship w/ their students.

One variable is how often a teacher uses behavioral strategies or their bag of tricks to correct a behavior. A great teacher may use their toolbox once or twice a day. An ineffective teacher may use their toolbox more frequently within an hour.
