ATF remains silent, preventing Americans from exercising their 2A rights to a suppressor without going through the NFA.

Rumors have swirled, but nothing has panned out. The biggest is eforms is shutting down tonight (confirmed) to update the system to allow this (unconfirmed).

Some dealers are taking matters into their own hands while many more are holding a wait and see approach... both are understandable.

Most concerning is zero communication from the ATF:
Dealers who may otherwise work with the system are being denied a path forward
