@ArtistAffame I used to contract to the housing commission in VIC and there were alot of old people in3-4 bed houses who wouldn’t move because they “raised their family there”. They could be moved to a one bedroom unit in the same area and a family into the house.

Within a month audit the housing commission to see how many bedrooms they had and how many people were in them, then have people relocated as required

I own a house that has been vacant for 18months sitting there waiting for approval from the council to remove the asbestos. While we take a rental that someone could have had if we could move into our home
